Designed in collaboration with the world-renowned Chalmers University in Sweden, the ATS structure incorporates the latest in ultrasonic welding to produce the ultimate quality for stress and durability. The corners are double welded and rounded, providing maximum strength and capacity.
The ATS is made to the highest International standards and uses proven quality materials and manufacturing technology to provide "deploy and forget" security. The specially developed multilayer fiber reinforced with PVC is UV and fire resistant. Special customized solutions can be provided for materials that are acid proof or petroleum resistant.
Our local test site, located in South Australia has been left to the mercy of the Australian elements for the past 8 years, exposed directly to sunlight and freezing temperatures with no breaches in the integrity of the material or function of the ATS.
In Northern Europe, hundreds of installations have endured extreme variations of temperature, from -30°C to +30°C, with no negative affect on the structure or material performance.
Makes for a better environment
Not only does the function of ATS mean a better environment, but also the manufacturing process of the bladder reflects high standards and quality.
Ultrasonic welding means that no toxic fumes are generated during manufacture and the PVC used in the bladders come from European suppliers who have the highest environmental standards, guaranteeing that ATS bladders do not contain: lead, heavy metals and other harmful manufacturing byproducts.
